OUR MISSION AND VISION
“Bringing Hope and Healing to individuals, families and communities; enriching their quality of life through a holistic approach to mental health.”
We believe that the key to a person’s holistic integration resides in his/hers determination to receive life in all its fullness. Life is found in Jesus’ invitation to all the world: “I have come that you might have life; life in all its fullness.” Those who receive his invitation are in their way to wholeness. Integrate follows this invite as an active listener, a helper and a companion for your particular journey.
OUR CORE VALUES
We understand that spirituality has been divinely designed and framed as an essential part of humanity. Spirituality is not just a recreational experience but it is what gives meaning to our lives. Life events and major catastrophes significantly disrupts people’s spiritual lives but we believe that every person can benefit from spiritual care in time of need, and that nurturing people’s spiritual needs contributes to their holistic healing.
We regard all people as created and loved by God, no matter their race, color, social and economical class, age, gender, religion, and origins. We believe each individual is the expert of her/his own life, so we act in ways that respect the dignity, uniqueness and intrinsic worth of every person. We celebrate the richness of diversity in human personality, ethnicity, culture and contribution.
We speak and act honestly. We are open and factual in our dealings with clients, and we strive for consistency between what we say and what we do. We demand of ourselves high standards of professional competence as we develop our mission, and accept the need to be accountable through appropriate structures for achieving these standards.
We maintain a co-operative stance and a spirit of openness towards other service agents, professionals, academic institutions and humanitarian entities. Also, we pursue relationship with all churches and desire mutual participation in ministry as we seek to contribute to the holistic mission of the church.
